Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Meddy is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Doha, QA. As an Associate level role, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. 5. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve under pressure. 3. Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service. 4. Confidence in handling various customer issues with professionalism and empathy. 5. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
