Job Description - Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a prompt and courteous manner 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Conducting research and analysis to improve customer satisfaction 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn 7. Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
