Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role will require zero years of experience, making it perfect for candidates looking to begin their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolving customer issues by investigating and troubleshooting problems. 4. Educating customers on our products and services to ensure a positive experience. 5. Collaborating with other teams within the company to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements: 1. Confident and dedicated personality traits to effectively communicate with customers. 2. Strong cooperation and presentation skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
