Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Barwa Group in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and order assistance to customers. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.


Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. 4. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
