Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Meddy is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role and possess the personality traits of independence and motivation.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers - Identify and escalate any trends or patterns in customer issues - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Independent and motivated personality traits - Strong cooperation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
