Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Starlink Qatar is seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently - Work collaboratively with other team members to address complex customer concerns - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Assist in the implementation of customer support strategies to improve overall customer experience - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the team for process improvement


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Passionate about providing outstanding customer support - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent project management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills
