Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise. 6. Assist with training new customer support team members. 7. Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 6. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 7. Planning and innovation soft skills. 8. Must be based in Doha, QA.
