Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Rail is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Work from Home Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is suitable for individuals who have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a resilient and dedicated personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals on a consistent basis

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or related roles - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
