Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Starlink Qatar is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time and at an associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner - Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Experience in customer support or related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
