Live Chat Assistant

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are driven and adaptable.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Proactively engage with customers to address their needs and concerns - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team setting - Strategic planning skills to address customer inquiries effectively - Innovative mindset to propose new ideas for improving customer experience
