Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Solar Technologies is looking for a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, motivated, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, order processing, and general support. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. 4. Research product information to answer customer queries accurately. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in conducting research to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be driven, motivated, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Previous experience in live chat support is a plus.
