Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and driven Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide information, support, and assistance with their shopping experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat to assist with inquiries, product recommendations, and issue resolution. 2. Provide accurate information about our products, services, promotions, and events to customers. 3. Monitor and respond to chat inquiries promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers. 5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications with customers. 6. Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide the most relevant information to customers. 8. Assist with other customer service tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with live chat platforms. 6. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
