Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a reliable and dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level employee, you will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Qatar National Cement Company - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor chat transcripts and provide feedback to improve customer service

Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Excellent people management skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations - A high level of proficiency in written communication and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Experience working in a customer service or sales environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
