Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Snoonu is seeking a motivated and confident Live Chat Assistant to join our team and work remotely from home. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner - Provide assistance with orders, product information, and general inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and accurately to customer messages - Use negotiation skills to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during customer interactions - Manage customer expectations and ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Monitor and track customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Motivated and able to work independently - Confidence in handling customer interactions in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation skills and people management abilities
