MEEZA is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, as well as assist customers with order placement and tracking. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 4. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in written and verbal English communication. 6. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
