Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Live Chat Associate to join our team at Vodafone Qatar in Doha. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to assist with their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information. 2. Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve customer concerns. 3. Act as a brand ambassador for Vodafone Qatar by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for customers. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Utilize chat tools and software effectively to manage multiple conversations simultaneously and maintain response times. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on customer interactions and common inquiries. 8. Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Hardworking and independent with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong leadership skills to take ownership of customer issues and drive resolution. 4. Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions and information to assist customers. 5. Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus. 6. Proficient in using chat software and tools. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
