Live Chat Associate

Msheireb Properties is seeking a vibrant and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Associate on a part-time basis in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, feedback, and support requests - Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences - Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for communication with customers

Requirements: - Energetic personality with a drive to excel in a fast-paced customer service environment - Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize multiple tasks effectively - Strong research skills to quickly find relevant information to assist customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and live chat platforms
