Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Woqod is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or online ordering process. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software. 6. Motivated and resourceful personality traits. 7. Planning and adaptability soft skills.
