Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team at MEEZA in Doha, QA. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience - Utilize strategic planning skills to proactively address customer needs and anticipate potential issues - Innovate new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat support system - Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for delivering exceptional customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately address customer queries - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve quickly - Strong strategic planning abilities and a mindset for innovation - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
