We are looking for a dedicated and independent Live Chat Associate to join our team at Silatech. As a Work from Home Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through the online chat platform. - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services. - Assist customers with order placement, product refunds, and exchanges. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Monitor chat conversations for trends and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement. - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs. - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. - Prior experience with live chat platforms is a plus.
