Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a qualified Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for individuals with 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The Remote Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing the live chat function for our company, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote live chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of customer service - Monitor chat conversations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in responses - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in live chat management
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a live chat management role - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
