Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Aspire Zone Foundation in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time employee in a mid-to-senior level position, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the live chat system on our website, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat representatives to ensure prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat system. 3. Monitor customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. 5. Provide training and support to live chat representatives to help them excel in their roles. 6. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management. 8. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a customer service or live chat management role. 2. Independent and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong project management and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
