Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, QA. As a part-time Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our live chat platform to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor live chat conversations to assess agent performance and provide feedback for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to optimize live chat efficiency and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer service - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management - Analyze live chat data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Train and onboard new live chat agents to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in live chat management or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and planning skills - Proficiency in CRM software and live chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in customer service
