Job Description: Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a dedicated and confident Live Chat Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all live chat interactions with customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries. You will also be responsible for managing a team of live chat agents, monitoring chat performance, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat operations and ensure all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively - Develop and implement procedures for improving the quality of live chat interactions - Train and mentor live chat agents to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in live chat management - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of live chat agents - Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedicated and confident attitude towards providing exceptional customer service
