Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual with excellent attention to detail and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all remote live chat operations - Train and supervise a team of remote chat agents - Monitor live chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement - Analyze chat data and metrics to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments to align live chat with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in live chat management or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat software and customer relationship management systems - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
