Remote Live Chat Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at Qatar Steel Company. As the Remote Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all live chat interactions with clients and customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and support while representing our company in a positive light.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to live chat inquiries from clients and customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding products, services, and policies - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company guidelines - Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Analyze chat data and provide insights to help improve customer service strategies - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times - Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to better assist clients

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Hardworking and driven personality - Attention to detail and emotional intelligence - Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
