Job Description:
As the Live Chat Manager at Meddy, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring that our customers receive timely and excellent support. You will work closely with our customer support team to provide efficient and effective assistance to our users through our live chat platform. Your main goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the live chat team - Monitor chat performance and ensure that response times and quality standards are met - Train and mentor chat agents to improve performance and customer interactions - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat process and improve customer satisfaction - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to align chat support with overall business goals - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live chat support
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a management role - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
