Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


QatarDebate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our live chat services to ensure seamless communication with our audience. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses the energy and resilience necessary to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all live chat operations, including monitoring chat conversations, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat service, including implementing new technologies and tools as needed. - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat services to ensure QatarDebate remains at the forefront of innovation.


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a live chat management role. - Energetic and resilient personality traits. - Strong critical thinking and creativity skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in chat software and technology. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of customer service best practices. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
