Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Doha, QA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring smooth operation and timely responses to customer inquiries. - Develop and implement chat strategies to improve customer engagement and drive sales. - Train and supervise a team of chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on improving the chat experience. - Collaborate with other departments to integrate chat functions with overall customer service strategies. - Monitor chat performance metrics and report on key KPIs to management.

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to conduct research to improve chat performance. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in chat platform software and CRM systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
