Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Live Chat Manager. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat system and providing excellent customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the live chat system and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, assistance, and guidance to customers through live chat. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service across all channels. 5. Monitor chat performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4. Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms. 5. Passionate and motivated with a strong desire to help customers. 6. Ability to cooperate with team members and persuade customers effectively.
