Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, offering the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and drive the success of our live chat customer support operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents and oversee their daily activities - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality service is being provided - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Utilize project management skills to implement new initiatives and drive continuous improvement - Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to meet performance standards

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Live Chat Manager or in a similar customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities to assess chat data and make data-driven decisions - Project management skills to effectively lead a team and implement new strategies - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
