Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Msheireb Properties is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and passion for customer service.

As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat support system, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. You will oversee a team of chat agents, providing guidance and training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring chat performance metrics, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.

The successful candidate will possess excellent presentation skills and have a strong background in project management. You will be a self-starter who can work independently and effectively prioritize tasks. A proactive attitude and the ability to think creatively to solve problems are essential for success in this role.
