Job Description - Live Chat Officer

Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate information. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve overall customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions. 8. Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns through live chat.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically. 4. Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and chat platforms. 6. People management skills to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.
