Job Description:

The Remote Live Chat Officer at Qatar Foundation will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. This role will involve engaging with customers in real-time to address their inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to any issues they may be experiencing. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role. 2. Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Confidence in engaging with customers and representing the company in a positive light. 4. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 5. Ability to think creatively and innovate in finding solutions to customer problems.
