Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team at RasGas Company Limited. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to work in a comfortable environment while still making a valuable contribution to our company. As an Entry Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat to assist with their queries and provide product information - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and consistent responses to customer inquiries - Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation skills - Attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficient in using live chat platforms and computer applications - High school diploma or equivalent
