Remote Live Chat Representative

Job description:

Al Shaqab is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Meet or exceed performance goals and quality standards set by management - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual with strong communication skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
