Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team at Qatar Biobank in Doha. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing real-time support and assistance to website visitors through chat conversations. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with website visitors in real-time chat conversations to provide support and assistance. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and provide accurate information about our services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our services and processes. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify and escalate any technical issues or customer concerns to the appropriate team for resolution. 7. Work closely with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and promotions through chat conversations. 8. Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service in every interaction.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a cooperative attitude. 5. Proficiency in using chat software and other communication tools. 6. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. 7. Knowledge of basic computer applications and internet browsers. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
