Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Sidra Medicine is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team. As a part-time associate level position, the Remote Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communications with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. This position will play a crucial role in representing Sidra Medicine and ensuring a positive experience for all online interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with online visitors in real-time through live chat to answer questions, provide information, and offer support. 2. Assist in scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and following up on inquiries as needed. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers. 5. Utilize decision-making skills to handle complex situations and provide appropriate solutions. 6. Present information clearly and effectively to assist customers in understanding their options. 7. Meet performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. 8. Stay up to date on Sidra Medicine services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and presentation skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts.
