Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Electricity & Water Company is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about company products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Identify sales opportunities and upsell products when appropriate - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
