Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Electricity & Water Company is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level position, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through live chat and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Assist customers with product or service related questions and issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to improve the overall customer service experience - Present information in a clear and concise manner to assist customers effectively

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Must be dedicated and resourceful in solving customer issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
