We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center in Doha. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via live chat to assist users with their inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may be experiencing, and provide guidance on our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner via live chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, resolving issues and escalating as needed. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address common customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Monitor and analyze live chat interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Innovative mindset with a strong sense of project management to drive continuous improvement in customer service. 5. Comfortable using live chat software and other communication tools. 6. Independent and dedicated work ethic. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 8. Fluency in English is required.
