Job Description:

BeIN Sports is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Specialist. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through our online chat platform. This role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to assist with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints - Utilize persuasive communication skills to encourage customers to take action or make a purchase - Gather and document customer feedback to improve service offerings - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Excellent persuasion and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to problem solve and think critically - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be proficient in using computers and online chat platforms
