Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry. We are looking for someone who is independent, hardworking, and possesses excellent planning and creativity skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, reservations, and any other related issues - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to customers
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong planning and creativity skills to come up with innovative solutions - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
