Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Foundation is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals who are energetic, independent, and looking to kick-start their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through live chat to answer their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of all interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong written communication skills - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Adaptability to changing priorities and situations - Excellent people management skills
