Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Doha. The Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to prospective students, current students, and other stakeholders through live chat on our website. This position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors via live chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and assist with any issues they may have - Guide prospective students through the application process and provide information on programs, admissions requirements, and other relevant details - Support current students with questions regarding their courses, schedules, and other college-related matters - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries and issues - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations - Continuously improve knowledge of college programs, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information - Meet performance targets for response times, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat systems or customer service software - Customer service experience preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
