Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Assistant at Qatar Foundation in Doha. As an Associate level position, the Online Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online account holders, resolving any account-related issues, and assisting with account management tasks.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to online account holders. 2. Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for online users. 3. Collaborate with the technical team to address any technical issues related to online accounts. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for improving online account services. 5. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing the online account experience. 6. Assist with planning and implementing new online account features and services. 7. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a seamless online account experience for users. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling online account information.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in online account management or customer support roles. 2. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong planning and research skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
