Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at Al Shaqab in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner - Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies - Monitor account activity and report any suspicious behavior or security breaches - Collaborate with internal teams to improve online account processes and user experience - Assist in the development and implementation of online account management strategies - Utilize project management skills to coordinate tasks and prioritize work efficiently - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and account security - Provide regular reports on account activity and key performance indicators to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online account management or customer support - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and account management - Motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with online account management systems - Knowledge of online security best practices and compliance standards
