Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center in Doha. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a support role. The ideal candidate should be resilient and resourceful, with strong presentation and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, ensuring a seamless experience - Troubleshoot any technical issues related to online accounts - Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Monitor and report on key metrics related to online accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4+ years of experience in a support role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and resourceful mindset - Presentation and planning skills
