Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary confidence and hardworking attitude to excel in this position.
Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. - Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account updates. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and escalate as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. - Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities. - Familiarity with online account management systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
