Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

As an Online Account Support Manager at Qatar Solar Technologies, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support online accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience - Communicate with customers through various channels to address inquiries and provide support - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance online account support strategies - Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on account support initiatives - Conduct research to stay informed about competitors and market developments - Uphold the company's standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 8+ years of experience in online account management or customer support - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences - Proven track record of managing online accounts and driving customer satisfaction - Passionate and hardworking individual with a commitment to delivering exceptional service - Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data to inform decision-making - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
